Founded in 1983, the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, Inc. have an unwavering mission to mentor African American youth and improve the quality of life in our communities. Our determination to enhance the educational & economic opportunities in our community is as resolute as it was 30 year ago!  Our vision is to serve as a beacon of leadership, strength and hope by utilizing our diverse talents to create an environment where youth are motivated to achieve and people are empowered to become self sufficient in the economic and social fabric of their communities.  With the support and contribution of parents, civic leaders, community partners, and corporate sponsors, we are striving to continue fulfilling our mission to enhance the lives of young people and communities in the St. Louis Metropolitan area!

We continue to strive for excellence and increase the impact and capacity of our core programs in the community with definitive, tangible and measurable outcomes that exceed ALL expectations.  One of our programmatic goals is to enforce and emulate positive conflict resolution skills for children & families so they see and understand how difficulties and challenges in life are overcome.  As men we are not only leaders in our community, but we are protectors, providers, and educators. We are “Real Men, Giving Real Time” and we hope that you will join us by volunteering and/or supporting the programs of the 100 that help our youth prepare for the future.

In celebrating our 30th year as a premier mentoring organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, we’re proud of the impact we’ve had on our community, but we also realize our programs are needed more today than they ever were!  We will continue to collaborate and work with ALL who share our values and goals.   As we move forward together, let’s become agents of change in the lives of our youth, laying a clear path to success for them to follow, because we believe as our motto states “What They See Is What They’ll Be!”

Please take a moment to view our website and if you share our passion and desire to make a difference in the community, feel free to contact us about involvement. For your convenience you may also make a financial contribution to our programs using our online PayPal facility.
